How to make a Competition Entry in Theale Show
Each exhibitor must complete a separate Entry Form. This can be found in the centre of this Schedule, or it can be downloaded from here. You can enter in one of three ways:
1. By Post
Send your entry to The Show Secretary, c/o Cathy Butterworth, Bennetts Cottage, Latcham, Wedmore, BS28 4SD enclosing:-
- An entry form from the Schedule (available from lots of outlets around Wedmore) fully completed and the appropriate fees calculated – or you can download one from here
- A cheque made payable to Theale Flower Show for the total amount of the entry fees
- To be received no later than first post on Tuesday 3rd September 2024
- Collect your labels from Theale Village Hall on the morning of the Show
2. In Person
- Entries can be taken to Theale Village Hall on the following days and times:-
- Wednesday 4th September 2024, 7.00pm to 9:00pm
- Thursday 5th September 2024, 7.00pm to 9:00pm
- Please bring a fully completed entry form (download from here) and appropriate fees.
3. Online
- Online entries may be made from 1 August 2024 by clicking here.
- You can pay your online entry fees on the Show Day to the Show Secretary or deputy in Theale Village Hall.
- Collect your labels from Theale Village Hall on the morning of the Show.
4. No entry form or online entry will be accepted after 9pm on Thursday 5th September 2024
- Each exhibitor may enter only one exhibit per class.
- Children must only enter in the classes which relate to their age group on 1 September 2024.
- For Childrens Classes, only their age can be shown on the entry, no name to be shown.
- Entry money is not refundable.
