Theale Show has been running for over 80 years. It’s our annual village party.

Lots of people offer to help out over the show weekend, and the more, the better. But we need organisers to spend a few hours a month helping out regularly through the year. It’s not hard work, and anyone can help out. You don’t even need to live in Theale.

We’re looking for someone to look after show communications and marketing. Anyone who loves talking and engaging with people, using Facebook and social media will be great for this role. Get the message out!

We also need someone to coordinate setting up the show over the weekend – parking, signage, getting tables and chairs into the tents etc. That’s three busy days on the Friday, Saturday and Sunday of the show plus planning beforehand. Are you a hands-on type of person?

A secretary to record our meetings, help with general organisation, and help to make this show wonderful!
